Relax... Your mouth does not have the vasculature that would allow you to bleed out. By this time some healing should have formed but it would still be a raw wound. The best thing you should do is press gauze on the wound, as well as put some alcohol, just to keep out infection. Just see your doctor in the morning.

Your mouth if anything should be fine.

PLEASE HELP ME!! Pick a fast food restaurant of you choice. Research whatever items on the menu you choose and its nutritional c
Dahasolnce [82]

Answer no 1)

KFC has some few vegetable side dishes which can gladly be added to our daily intake of food. But mostly, the meals of KFC do not contain veggies or much of fiber. Also, the content of sodium is very high in means from KFC. To fit this meal into our daily diet we should  try to choose out other meals so that they contain less sodium and more veggies, as well as high fiber foods, to help offer daily nutritional balance.

Answer No 2)

The excess amount of fat content present in the meals of KFC can be dangerous for our daily consumption. No doubt how tempting the food might might be but one cannot deny the fact that the excess amount of fats present in fried food are the leading cause for the increase in obesity as well as many other diseases. A single burger of KFC contains 25 grams of fatty acids and eating such high content fat food can lead to obesity.

Answer No 3)

The intake of fats in females should be limited to 78 grams per day.

As a KFC meal can lead to 30-60 grams of fats in one meal, this means that the fat content should be severely limited if we consume a meal of KFC. It can be very difficult to consume a KFC meal and not exceed the 78 grams quota per day. Even the low- fat foods might have some amounts of fat in them.

Answer No 4)

Meals in KFC contain more of the fried chicken. This means majority of the fats present are bad fats. A meal of KFC will have like 25 grams of trans and saturated fats which is considered to be bad for health and the leading cause of obesity. On the other hand, the unsaturated fats will only be 2-5 grams in the KFC meal which is very less.

Answer No 5)

Although trans- fat are unsaturated fats but their consumption can lead to the increase in bad cholesterol of the body which causes diseases like obesity. Majority of the meals in KFC offers fried chicken or other meals which contain high content of trans fats. A simple meal of KFC can contain about 25 grams of trans fats. Trans fat increase our daily bad cholesterol levels and lowers are good cholesterol levels.
