It is hard to pick between A Or C sometimes But the answer is C.. Because without the bill of rights we would not have anyway rights to vote or anything... Thats Why its called the bill of rights and C is

Well slaves in a sense, helped the south tremendously by keeping their economy somewhat stable throughout the war. They also contributed emotionally because many slaves escaped with the sheer generosity of many people, including the American dream and the hope of a new life.
