Jimmy’s workout is focused on the Specificity component of
fitness. Specificity means that a person is working out in the gym from a
general type of work-out then goes to a “SPECIFIC” workout to achieve his or
her goal on what he/she wants to achieve. On the case of Jimmy, he then focuses
on his Biceps muscles.
