I would say the ability to access information and to educate themselves and constant discussion on the matter. Like anti drug ads and seminars schools hold. It’s also the fact that tobacco is not glamorized as it was back then.
Most teens resist using tobacco because they know that it is bad, and if they start they might not be able to stop.
