No, in fact they are not. Fat is the body's way of storing large amounts of proteins to use for later. Foods like avocados and maybe even meat have helpful fat in them

No some are good as it gives your protein and sugar keep you energetic but to much is bad only eat like 1 to 3 days a week meaning that your coleslaw stay well but having fats mean that you also need to know to be fit and stay active like walking around or the small jumps
