When you say right its basically a good thing whereas wrong means its a bad thing done for bad cause

It is right to work hard and earn money. It is morally right to work to help others. It is wrong to physically harm yourself. It is morally wrong to harm another. Shared values, and therefore morals, while still subjective, change at a slow but steady pace. I believe that what is right is what maximizes happiness and minimizes suffering.  I think 'wrong' boils down to 'selfish'.
