I don't think there is something wrong with you I just think you're a late bloomer. Which is great because the later the better because puberty suck! I suggest you are to go to your doctor though to make sure<span />

The Syndrome is called "Kallmann Syndrome" it means an individual has a condition where they are late in their puberty or are absent meaning they cannot go through puberty. The conditioned is diagnosed when you have no Sexual drive, no body changes like breast growth or body hair and even no voice change

This is due to a lack of Estrogen (Female Hormone) or Testosterone (Male Hormone) in the body
