Answer:

True but False is the answer

Explanation:

While the answer is false...there is an actual medical condition that does make it were an individual can not go through puberty beyond the age of 12 and 16.

The Syndrome is called "Kallmann Syndrome" it means an individual has a condition where they are late in their puberty or are absent meaning they cannot go through puberty. The conditioned is diagnosed when you have no Sexual drive, no body changes like breast growth or body hair and even no voice change

This is due to a lack of Estrogen (Female Hormone) or Testosterone (Male Hormone) in the body

Hope this answers helps and maybe you can tell your teacher this....after all we all learn somthing everyday

Why are adolescence at higher risk of transmitting the most common STDs?
slavikrds [6]

Answer:

They are at higher risk because of hormones. During adolescence, you go through different hormonal changes, including sexual ones. These sexual changes may result in developing different urges such as masturbation. However, the problem comes with a lack of proper sexual education and how most of their knowledge on sex is based off of myths perpetuated by peers. So it's really a lack of education on sexual reproduction and the transmission of diseases.
