You should turn your wheels away (left) from the curb when parking uphill. If there is not a curb, always turn your wheels to the right, that way if your vehicle moves, it moves off the road away from traffic. And,  If parking downhill, turn your wheel towards the curb.

New Jersey State Police intercept a truck load of marijuana during a truck enforcement detail. The truck operator, Bill Smith is
Leya [2.2K]

Answer:

probative value

Explanation:

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides legal protection against search and seizure without good reason and without a search and seizure warrant. As we can see from the question above, Mick Stoner was charged with marijuana, which was taken from a legal dispensary in Denver, seized without a search warrant, so Mick Stoner's defense attorney disputes the evidential value of the evidence, claiming that the truck's initial search violated the Fourth Amendment.

To dispute the probative value of the evidence means that the evidence gathered, in this case, is not guaranteed, by itself, to support a condemnatory sentence, thus requiring the repetition in court of some of the evidence produced.

LMNOP Corp. has been convicted under the Sherman Act for two distinct and separate violations. LMNOP may be fined as much as ___
liq [111]

Answer:

200 million dollars.

Explanation:

The Sherman Law is an anti-trust law implemented in the year 1980 to outlaw market monopolization and anticompetitive agreements among businesses and corporations. The Sherman Antitrust Act states that corporates that violate the law would be subjected to a fine of about 100 million dollars per violations.

Therefore, if LMNOP Corp. has been convicted of two distinct and separate violations under the the Sherman Act, LMNOP may be fined as much as 200 million dollars for these two violations.
