Answer:

The density of each small part is 8.9 g/cm³ since density is an intensive property.

Explanation:

Intensive properties are those properties that do not depend on the quantity or size of the material. This means each of the parts of the system has the same value for each of the intensive properties. In other words, no matter how many times the substance is divided or how small it is made, it will retain the same value in its property.

On the other hand, extensive properties are those that do depend on the amount of matter in a substance. An example of an extensive property is volume, which is the measure of the space that an object occupies. It is an extensive property because by adding more material to a container the volume changes, even if it is the same material. That is, it varies depending on whether it has more or less mass.

Density is the relationship between the mass of a body or material and the volume it occupies. Mass is the amount of matter contained in an object and volume is the amount of space occupied by the amount of matter. It is calculated by dividing the amount of mass by volume. The density of a body is usually expressed in g / cm³.

Density is an intensive property. If the system is divided into different parts, the density in each of those separate parts will remain the same. In this case, the mass and volume in each half changes, but the relationship between them defined by density remains the same.

Finally, the density of each small part is 8.9 g/cm³ since density is an intensive property.

What is the particle that is labeled with a question mark (?) in the diagram?
Nat2105 [25]

Answer is: quark.

Quark is a type of elementary particle and a fundamental constituent of matter.

Quarks form composite hadrons (protons and neutrons). Protons and neutrons are in the nucleus of an atom.

Hadrons include baryons (protons and neutrons) and mesons.

There are six types of quarks: up, down, strange, charm, bottom, and top.
