Carbohydrate is the most important energy source for the body and it is the macromolecule that provides a person with most of the energy that is needed for daily activities. The body breaks down and uses carbohydrates faster and easier. This makes carbohydrate a short term fuel source that provides the body's most immediate energy that is required for daily functions. Also the body prefers to use carbohydrate as fuel during some activities such as exercise. Sources of carbohydrate include brown rice, whole grains (barley, and oats), fruits and vegetables and beans.

4. Osmosis is the diffusion of water across a membrane. Basically, this means water moving into and out of cells with its concentration gradient.
5. A solution is isotonic relative to a cell if the concentration of a particular particle is equal both in the solution and in the cell. A solution is hypotonic if the concentration inside the cell is less than the concentration of the solution, which will cause the cell to swell as fluid enters the cell. A solution is hypertonic if the concentration inside the cell is greater than the concentration of the solution, which will cause the cell to shrink as particles leave the cell. These concepts dictate whether or not diffusion will occur and, if it does, which direction it will occur in.

The answer is 2. Because when is mitosis is asexual and also the results is only two diploid cells. Only in meiosis is four diploid cells, and also only meiosis can be sexual reproduction

Plant's get energy from the sun light, then herbivores and insect eat the plants. After that is the Predator vs Prey, Carnivores come and eat the herbivores transferring the energy to them. Then Bacteria decomposes the bodies of the animals and gives nutrition to the soil. Finally the nutrient in the soil is once again given back to the plants. :D
