Answer:

The Eightfold Path, The Noble Eightfold Path is the path indicated by Buddha, leading to the cessation of suffering and liberation from samsara. It is lying, being the middle way, in the middle between adherence to worldly pleasures and self-torture.

The fourth noble truth of Buddhism indicates the path to liberation from suffering, the path along which the Buddha went and others can follow - both monks and lay people. The path indicated by the Buddha consists of eight rules and is therefore called the Noble Eightfold Path.

The first truth is the truth about dukkha, suffering, the fundamental idea that pervades Buddhism from beginning to end.

The second truth is the truth about the cause of suffering. According to the Buddhist worldview, this reason is in aspirations and desires.

The third truth is the truth about the possibility of ending or suppressing suffering.

The fourth truth is the truth of the path. The path, it is the Noble Eightfold Path - this is the way of suppressing dukkha and liberation from suffering.
