Like lets say,you're forced to rob a bank.
The people who have threatened you have put a bomb around you're neck,if you don't comply the people who put it there would detonate it.
Basically anything that would involve your life being threatened you don't do said criminal act.
The Byzantine Empire, also known as the Eastern Roman Empire, was the Roman Empire in its Eastern province during Late Antiquity and the Middle Ages. Its capital was Constantinople, modern-day Istanbul. For most of its existence, the empire was the most powerful, cultural and developed civilization in Europe. This was mostly due to its size, but also its technological developments and innovation.

This military advancements helped them win many battles, but also prevented attacks from others due to their reputation. In terms of urban planning, Constantinople had constant clean water in its aqueducts, which would be deliver to houses, much like it is today. This allowed Constantinople to remain beautiful, its citizens to remain healthy and the population to expand. It also caused an increase in the lifespan of citizens. New communications, forms of entertainment and leisure activities also made Constantinople a very important and developed urban center in Europe for several centuries.

Wall Arch was a natural stone arch located in the Arches Natural Park in the state of Utah. The formation managed to reach 71 feet of length. It was ranked 12th among the park's largest arches.
The arch collapsed at some time during the night of August 4th, 2008. The processes involved in this phenomenon where:
- Dilatation which caused numerous rock fractures along the arch.
- Erosion, which caused the rocks that were supporting the arch to slightly slide and break the equilibrium.
- The gravity that was the force which brought the weakened structure down.
