I would say, in an argumentative essay, you would include all 3 of the points.

Intro- what you are gonna write in your essay.

2-3 body paragraphs- each paragraph for a certain point you are gonna argue about.

Conclusion- sum up what you have discussed in the last 2-3 paragraphs and what you have decided throughout the whole essay.
