The bacteriologist Sir Alexander Fleming was engage in the study of staphyococcus a kind of bacteria that wa being grown in petr

i dishes . That's when he noticed the peniciin mold that was aso growing in some culture dishes. There was a clear area around the penicilin . Sir Alexander hypothesised that the penicillin mold could be producing a chemical that kills bacteria.o He decided to test his hypothesis by isolating the chemical and testing it to see if it would really kill bacteria . He transferred it to a solution of nutrient broth that contained the elements necessary to it's growth . Once the mold flourished , he removed it from the broth and transferred the broth to a culture of bacteria. the bacteria died as a result. This discovery was used to develop several kinds of antibiotics that treated several deadly diseases. what is the problem here ? what is the hypothesis?

The problem is that mold was growing in some of the dishes. The hypothesis is that the mold can cure bacteria.

A hypertrophied left ventricle is a echocardiographic sign that there is chronic stress put in the left ventricle, most commonly in overcoming high aortic pressures in patients with systemic hypertension. In this case, there is normal chamber volume and normal ejection fraction therefore the heart is functionally normal and ejection fraction is preserved.
