The Coastal plain is different from an interior plain because a coastal plain lies along the sea coast. Coastal plains also have low relief. The interior plain lies away from the coast and the elevation can vary. Coastal plains are normally damper than interior plains. Interior plains have more chances for drought conditions as well. One result of the differences is population. More likely than not, coastal plains are population centers.

Answer/Explanation:

A coastal plain is a flat, low-lying piece of land next to the ocean. Coastal plains are separated from the rest of the interior by nearby landforms, such as mountains. In western South America, a large coastal plain lies between the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean.

horrorfan [7]

Companies seek to fill their recruiting funnel with as many candidates as possible, especially " passive candidates," who aren’t looking to move.

People who would be currently working and not proactively looking for another job, but who could be open to a decent career possibility if one came along, are generally known as passive job seekers. Because they are seeking applicants with solid employment histories, satisfaction with, and success in their jobs, many employers address passive job seekers.

Therefore, it can be understood that companies seek to fill their recruiting funnel with as many candidates as possible, especially " passive candidates," who aren’t looking to move.
