Answer and Explanation:

During the body's metabolism, molecules are generated that are residues of chemical and methanbological reactions. These molecules need to be removed from the body and this process is done by the excretory system. Most of these molecules are wastewater and nitrogen compounds.

The kidneys are a very important point in this system, along with the urinary system. When blood, rich in oxygen, comes in contact with the kidneys, they are filtered by this organ. This is done through structures called the nephron which are the excretory unit of the kidneys. Within each nephron there is a collecting capsule where water and residual particles that are in the blood are captured, while the rest of the particles pass along with the blood and continue on their way to other regions of the body.

From inside the kidneys there is also a tube called the ureters, which captures the water and molecules captured by the nephron (which forms the urine) and takes them to the bladder, which directs the urine out of the body through the urethra.

tekilochka [14]

Answer:

You have a lot of control over the factors if you do not rely on others for food. Eating foods high in fats and cholesterol is the consumers fault. The consumer has the will to eat and exercise, so it is their responsibility to eat a proper diet and exercise regularly. Cardiovascular disease is a unfortunate disease that is commonly from improper eating habits and exercise. The amount of responsibility is completely the consumers or the guardians of the consumers. :) Im pretty sure this is what you were asking and im sorry if it wasnt.

A nurse is caring for a child who ingested kerosene. what is the nurse's priority?
andre [41]

Nurse should check the respiratory rate first.

Kerosene ingestion can lead to damage of lungs directly, aspiration pneumonia, rapid breathing, gasping, vomiting, and persistent coughing.

How does kerosene damage humans?

There are no conclusive ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion) data for kerosene because it is a chemical mixture. Kerosene is thought to be eliminated from circulation by the liver and lungs.

By inhaling liquid (aspiration), one of the main exposure routes, one is exposed. Kerosene spray applications can cause pulmonary irritation symptoms including coughing and dyspnea. Kerosene vapors can be somewhat irritating to the respiratory system. Although local irritation could arise from acute dermal exposure, it is not thought to be a skin sensitizer. Kerosene exposure may have CNS side effects such as agitation, restlessness, ataxia, sleepiness, convulsions, coma, and even death.
