The answer is A

Explanation:

Since Marissa wants to become a manager that is why she cannot have an on job training during her job. She needs an apprenticeship right after her degree so that she could get some experience from her seniors. Getting a degree merely and having no experience cant lead one to a managerial post.

Explanation:

As we know that to be a Production Manger in Hydroelectric company we generally require a 16 year education or Bachelor's Degree along with on the job training which is also known as induction training.

Since the counselor told Marrisa to have an associate's degree from a four-year college and on the other hand we know that for associate's degree we required 2 year college whereas 4 years college grants us Bachelor's degree.

Therefore the only correction need in the counselor's guidance is to replace the associate's degree with the bachelor's degree. Thus option D is the correct option.
