Answer:

Yes it makes sense but if someone were to start hurting themselves again is probably like a 50 50 chance meaning they could stop hurting themselves for good or they continue i guess it really depends on the person and what they're going through. To stop them from harming themselves make sure they go to counseling for a while and always look at their arms and legs and anywhere they could hurt themselves. If you want to have a talk with a person that is hurting themselves make sure it goes something like this, "I love you and many people do even if they don't show it, if you continue to do this you could seriously hurt yourself and i don't want this. If you were to think about taking yourself out of this world stop yourself and think about how many people it would hurt, it would hurt me, your family, your friends, (SAY THIS IF THEY HAVE ANIMALS) What about your pets if you leave them there is no one else in the world that could love them like you could." If you are thinking about taking yourself just know that i don't know you but i love you. SOOO many people would be sad if they found out that you don't want to be in this world. If it is a friend just let them know that you are there for them through thick and thin. Good luck :)
