Biology

A varied vegan diet usually has sufficient protein for human requirements. Vegan foods that are high in protein include beans, lentils, soy products, nuts, seeds, grains and grain products. However, there are some nutrients that may be deficient in a vegan diet, such as vit B12, omega 3 fatty acids, calcium, iodine and iron. Surprisingly, a 'vegan' diet is not necessarily healthy, and many vegans actually have a very bad diet, particularly those living in cities where being vegan is a health fad, and where many vegans consume fast food vegan options.

use the words and concepts of evaporation and condensation as well as a form of each of these words explain what happens when it
liubo4ka [24]
Portland, Oregon, is a city right next to northern west coast of the USA. Besides being very close to the sea, it is also laid on a river. The sun that heats up the ocean and the river leads to evaporation, causing water vapour to ascend, because of a few wind currents, this water vapour is taken to Portland's area where it colds down and condensates, raining over Portland.

SpyIntel [72]

Answer:

The way to figure this this type of question out is card by card. So the first card in the second hand is 2 in 52 (It can match either of the cards in the previous hand). × 1 in 51 ( it has to match the card that was not matched by the first card and there are 51 choises left). So 2 in 52 = 1 in 26 x 1 in 51 = 1 in 26 x 51 = 1 in 1326

What is the primary energy system to fuel cycling at 70% of VO2 Max for 15 minuets?
ANEK [815]
The primary energy system to fuel cycling for 15 minutes is THE AEROBIC GLYCOLYSIS SYSTEM.
There are different energy systems for fueling different types of physical exercise, the type of system that is used depend on the duration of the physical exercise. The energy system that exist are anaerobic glycolysis, aerobic glycolysis, phosphagem system and fatty acid oxidation. The aerobic glycolysis energy system relies on the complete breakdown of glucose. The pyruvate which is the end product of glucose oxidation is further broken down to acetyl coA, which then enters into the citric acid cycle. The aerobic glycolysis energy system is used for physical exercises that last between three to twenty minutes.
