A lifting technique would be considered as effective if it manage to minimize the rate of injuries while maximizing the results in strength gain.

Several things that needed to be done in order to achieve this are:

- Build a strong foundation

Do not jump right to heavy weight from the start, make sure that start from lower weight and gradually move up to make things more difficult

- Keep wide base support and good posture when you are lifting the weight.

- Use your feet if you want to change direction during lifting, not your body

- Separate your training for different body parts each day.

- Make sure that you bring Another partner to assist you when you try to challenge yourself and lift heavier that your previous maximum capability.

Explanation:

The Financial Statement effects of each transaction is a reflection of how each transaction affects at least two opposite elements of the financial statement. Every transaction affects the elements of the financial statement in one way or another, which enables the accounting equation to remain in balance.

For example, a transaction may increase the assets and also increase either the liabilities or equity side of the balance sheet.

In our example, the transactions affected only the balance sheet. This means that each transaction increases or decreases the assets, liabilities, or equity sections.

What is the customer demand in the uk for international foods?

need a detailed answer please
Romashka [77]
UK cuisine is largely international, with curry (for instance) being the most popular foodstuff in the UK, originating from Asia.

As Hungarian, Italian, Greek, Indian, French, Chinese, Vietnamese, Mongolian, and any number of other exotic food outlets are thriving in London, for instance, it would suggest that customer demand for these foodstuffs is enough to sustain business.

A large number of mixed Polish/Halal grocery shops have opened in areas of South London in recent years, catering to an increased number of workers and immigrants from the Middle-East and Eastern Europe.

The good old Fish'n'Chips shop is still going strong.

Many have expanded their menu to include kebabs - only fair, as kebab shops tend to sell chips too...
