My brother when I was younger was a great sportsman, within the strategies to be used are to make him play sports again. Since he doesn't have time on weekdays, he will practice sports on weekends. In the week you will return to the gym and dedicate one hour three times a week. I chose three times a week since it will be very exhausted on the weekend due to sports and that your body needs rest.

In the case of food, as my brother enjoys eating a lot, the idea is that he will eat fewer portions, but more often during the day.
