In your own words, describe the difference between correlation and causation. Give an example (not given in the content) of two
Semmy [17]

The difference between causation and correlation is that, Causation is characterized by cause-and-effect while correlation establishes a probable relationship.

<h3>What is the difference between Causation and correlation?</h3>

While Causation is characterized by a situation in which an action certainly causes an outcome and hence, is described as a cause-and-effect relationship, Correlation on the other hand only establishes a relationship between the two events and doesn't necessarily ascertain the occurrence of the other event .

An example of two variables which may be correlated is; the height and weight of an individual in which case it is generally perceived that taller people are heavier.

The cafeteria bought 200 French bread pizzas for lunch next week. If they had bought the pizza last week while it was on sale, i
Zina [86]

Answer:

$356

Step-by-step explanation:

To solve this problem, use this: (200 * 3.78) - (200 * 2)

(200 * 3.78) - (200 * 2)

<em>200 * 3.78 is the same as 2 * 378, which is 756.</em>

756 - (200 * 2)

<em>200 * 2 is the same as 4 * 100, which is 400.</em>

756 - 400

<em>Subtract 400 from 756 to get 356.</em>

356

If they brought the pizza last week, the school could have saved $356.

I need to know how to do the answer and why that’s the anwer
Pavel [41]
Ok so the answer is
4 {x}^{2}

so we multiply numbers that have the same variable

2 {x}^{3} \: \: \times {2x}^{ - 1} \\ \\
multiply 2 x 2

2 \times 2 = 4
then multiply the exponents

x ^{3} \times x ^{ - 1}
multipling like this will look like addition.
{x}^{3} \times {x}^{ - 1} = {x}^{2}
so in other words you could do it like this too
{x}^{3} + {x}^{ - 1} = {x}^{2}
now add the exponent with 4
4 + {x}^{2} = 4x ^{2}

now for the last part
{y}^{3} + {y}^{ - 3} = 0
because -3 and 3 added together make 0
0 + 4 {x}^{2} = 4 {x}^{2}
I hope this help(it looks complicated but it's very easy and I hope I helped you out)
