I'm not a doctor or physician assistant, but I think that you should work out if not already, you should clean around the house, bored yourself to death, wake up way early in the morning and stay awake , no naps during the day, take a shower before bed or during the day to feel tired or maybe at night, make your mind think alot.
( these help me go to sleep faster or listen to music that you don't like or that is very slow music, like piano or something that is not your taste. )
my mom works out and gets sleepy easily and feels tired easily.
work outside the house in the garden or do boring things you don't want to do.
