An autocracy defines itself as a system of government where one person has absolute power. Kim is this person; a dictator. This cartoon introduces the concept of autocracy and how one person can hold absolute power over everyone around them. North Korea teaches young children in school about Kim, and the way he is taught may be seen as a unjustifiable view. Kim has power over everyones lives, and you can even say he may brainwash people.
