Samantha's notebook has 14 pages more than three times as much as Lisa's notebook.

First subtract the number of pages you have extra which is 14
260 - 14 =246
Next, because Samantha has 3x more pages you have to divide by 3
(doing opposite of what was done)
246/3 = 82
