Hypothalamus gland, sweat gland and skin all work together to assist regulation of the body temperature.  It is also called as integumentary system.

Sweat gland releases sweat through our skin to maintain the body temperature. Our body releases sweat in hot temperature and by the process of evaporation the water gets evaporated and the area is cooled down.

Skin provides the platform for sweat to get evaporated. This all process is controlled by hypothalamus gland.

The rest of the choices doesn't match what is asked. I chose option d. because by picking up garbage is of the ways that could contribute the cleanliness of the environment. Small actions bring big transcendence towards other people and in that way encourage others to take good part as well.
