Answer:

1) Kids who are sturggling with problems of obesity.

Everybody can relate to this problem. We all try to avoid processed food but just can't give up eating it.

The children come from families where elders themselves are struggling against problems of obesity and diabetes.

Children become overweight for they are taken up by marketing campaigns that make then junk food lovers. It wasn't the children's fault. Accoridng to th movie, children are taken up be poor dietary habits exhibitied by parents, Happy Meals and hamburgers in their school canteens.

Changing dietary habits, streneous excercise like swimming are the steps being taken by children

2) Children belon to middle class families, where both parents are working and don't get enough time to cook at home and the parents do not encourage children to eat real food. They are caring but the children have become addicted to the taste of junk food.  Parents try to help children have changed lifestyle but they can't do lot. The families are not very successful at helping children. Sugar just 'sneaks' in their food via sauces, cereals that just can't be avoided as eating these have become integral part of lifestyle.

Explanation:

Fed Up is a documentary film written and directed by Stephanie Soectig. It focuses on problems of obesity that arise as a result of "high-sugar" diet.
