Y=mx+b if you mean graphing

m=rise/run or slope
b=your y intercept in linear equations they have them or you rearrange/get the y (which is at the start of the problem) alone. then you graph like say..

y=2x+1

you would rise 2 and go right 1 and you start on 1 on the y intercept of  graph

What is the equation in point slope form for the line that is parallel to y=-8x-12 that contains the point (-3,3)
belka [17]

Answer:

The equation of a parallel line in point-slope form would be y - 3 = -8(x + 3)

Step-by-step explanation:

To find this, we must first note that the original slope is -8. Parallel lines have the same slope, so we know that the new line will also have the slope of -8.

Given this information, we can use the point and slope and put them into the base form of point-slope form.

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - 3 = -8(x - -3)

y - 3 = -8(x + 3)

25

Step-by-step explanation:

angle JKM and Angle MKL are supplementary. means, they add to 90degree. So to fing the missing one, just do 90 - 65. you'll get 25.
