Answer and Explanation

What a person does and what he/she thinks are both important. This is because whatever he or she does is a manifestation or implementation of what is in his or her mind. If someone has good thinking he/she will be able to do things in a sober way .So it is good to first have a good thinking which comes from a sober mind, which is therefor manifested in ones deeds or action. when ones actions are contrary to what other people expect that is for instance people were expecting a positive out come in the way you do things. Then they get a negative outcome from you they will not only judge the action but also your way of reasoning. so both persons thinking a d actions are very important because they are very much related.

I think what a person does and what a person thinks is a good manifestation of a what type of person is someone. The things that a person does is much more important than what he/she thinks. Opinions are products of thoughts and they are most of the time subjective thus, bias and the deeds or the output of someone are usually the measuring element of what kind of person is someone. Therefore, it is better to look at what someone does than minding what he/she thinks considering the fact you may not know everything in what he/she thinks.
