You can be.

If you like animals, this is a job for you. Ask yourself "Could I be a doctor?" If you think you could, then go for a vet job!

Good luck!

Answer: Sure!

Explanation:

I really am thinking about being a vet for my future career cause I love animals, however,, it's very hard, and if the animal is in stress most likely you will be in stress as well, I once tried to clip my birds nails, and I was literally trembleing because I was afraid to hurt him.

You can also choose a vet career that focuses on only one animal, I plan on being a aviain vet, which specializes in birds :D

Tanzania [10]

Answer:

4. The demand for gasoline-powered automobiles would increase and the equilibrium price of gasoline-powered automobiles would increase.

Explanation:

Substitute goods are goods that can be used in place of each other.

If the price of electric automobiles rises, the automobile becomes more expensive for consumers. Consumers would reduce the quantity demanded of the electric automobile and shift its demand to gas powered automobiles.

As a result, the demand for gas automobiles increases and the equilibrium price would increase too.

Musya8 [376]

The value of the CPI in 2006 is 82.61.

<h3>What is the value of the CPI?</h3>

The consumer price index measures the changes in price of a basket of good. It is used to measure inflation. Inflation is when there is a persistent rise in the general price levels.

CPI = (cost of basket of goods in current period / cost of basket of goods in base period) x 100

2010 is the base year because its CPI is 100.

(19,000 / 23,000) x 100 = 82.61

A stock had returns of 12 percent, 16 percent, 10 percent, 19 percent, 15 percent, and -6 percent over the last six years. What
OleMash [197]

Answer:

10.68%

Explanation:

Data provided in the question:

Returns on stock : 12%, 16%, 10%, 19%, 15%, -6%

Now,

Geometric average return on the stock is calculated as:

Geometric average return = ({(1 + r_1)\times(1 + r_2).......\times(1 + r_n)})^\frac{1}{n}- 1

Thus,

For the given returns on stock

Geometric average return

=[ (1 + 0.12)\times(1 + 0.16)\times(1 + 0.10)\times(1 + 0.19)\times(1 + 0.15)\times(1 + (- 0.06)) ]^{\frac{1}{6}}-1

= [ 1.12\times1.16\times1.10\times1.19\times1.15\times0.94 ]^{\frac{1}{6}}-1

=  [1.8384056768]^{\frac{1}{6}}-1

= 1.1068 - 1

= 0.1068

or

= 0.1068 × 100%

= 10.68%
