The main reason voters choose political candidates is TO REPRESENT THEIR INTEREST IN GOVERNMENT.
During elections, voters usually vote for candidates who they believe are capable of representing them very well in the government. Voters usually vote for candidate who come from their regions and who share their interests, this way, they ensure that they have a voice that will speak for them in the government. <span />
