A karyotype is the number of chromosomes or the units of genetic information present in the cell.

  • Karyotype examination  can be used to identify the abnormal chromosomes present in an organism.

Success of Serbian revolution was marked in 1817 against the Ottoman. They finally gained powers in Berlin Congress in 1878.

In 1804, Karageorge, a Serbian patriot, led against the uprising of Turks. In 1806, his army captured Belgrade and Turks were massacred and Karageorge was declared chief of Serbia. But soon Turkish had recovered all Serbs territories. Later Karageorge was killed and Serbia was given limited self-government. However after the Russo-Turkish war, Serbia got greater autonomy and Turks had less control over Serbia.

Serbs wanted the Slavic areas of Austria-Hungary and unify Serbs.

In this way a growing sense of nationalism  revolutionize in Eastern Europe.
