You multiply it with the same number you use for the denominator.
in this case 3/4 and 7/10
you find the LCM of the denominator is 20
so for 4 to become 20 you multiply by 5 then for the numerator 3 also multiply by 5, so you get 15/20
its the same also with 7/10, you multiply both the numerator and the denominator by 2 and get 14/20
hope it help... :)

Find the value of each variable. 3x 2y 34
nikklg [1K]

X= 30

Y=28

Step-by-step explanation:

It's a right-angle triangle. So, 3 x 30 will give you a 90 degree angle.

180-90=90

That means the next 2 angles should add to 90.

2x28=56

56+34=90

Hope this helps!

The y-intercept is 2, and the x-intercept is -4 and 2 where the line segment crosses the y-axis and x-axis.

What is a straight line?

A straight line is a combination of endless points joined on both sides of the point.

The slope 'm' of any straight line is given by:

\rm m =\dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}

Where the line segment crosses the y-axis is the y-intercept,

And where the line segment crosses the x-axis is the x-intercept,

From the graph,

y-intercept is at (0,2)

x-intercepts is at (-4,0), (2,0)

Thus, the y-intercept is 2, and the x-intercept is -4 and 2 where the line segment crosses the y-axis and x-axis.

The length of a school bus is 12.6 meters. If 9 school buses park end to end with 2 meters between each one, what's the total le
weqwewe [10]

Answer:

129.4

Step-by-step explanation:

Calculation for what's the total length from the front of the first bus to the end of the last

First step is to multiply the given number of buses by the length of each one

Hence,

12.6 meters x 9 = 113.4 meters

Second step

Since there are 8 spaces in between we would multiply the 8 spaces by 2 meters

8 x 2 meters = 16

Now let calculate total length from the front of the first bus to the end of the last

16 + 113.4 meters =129.4

Therefore total length from the front of the first bus to the end of the last will be 129.4
