Answer:

Resilience power

Explanation:

When some faced adversity in life, some people get stuck in the problem but some get rid of adversity, some bounced back from trauma or tragic events quickly. Resilience is power when a person facing a problem in life, tragic events, natural disasters, family problems, death of beloved, health issues and how a person adapts the  situation in her life. The person who has a good resilience power gets quickly bounced back and the person who doesn't have resilience power gets stuck in adversity. Every person has its resilience power but it depends on a person how does he/she cope up with the situations. Everyone can increase their resilience power and can enhance their well being. Positive view, realistic plan, healthy manners, and problem-solving skills can enhance a person's resilience power.
