A sedentary lifestyle is a type of lifestyle involving little or no physical activity. A person living a sedentary lifestyle is often sitting or lying down while engaged in an activity like reading, socializing, watching television, playing video games, or using a mobile phone/computer for much of the day. So what you could do is make working out and exercising a game or contest to see who can get more steps or who could loose more calories in a day.

1.  Anthropological perspective include the study of the full scope of human diversity and apply it for their help. Anthropology can improve the  patient-physician relationship and help the physician to understand the patient better.  Anthropology has a very high impact on global health, as it help to treat people with alternative medical systems in culturally diverse areas without affecting their mental state and ethical emotions. Anthropology promote interactions between the migrant populations and the psychiatric field which helps to understand their mental and social well being.

So, anthropology has a very good impact on global health, as it will be able to deal with culturally diverse people, migrants and promote biocultural focus.

2. cultural competence include the to understand and communicate with people form different cultures. It is a belief that patients interact more freely with the healthcare providers and  improve patient outcomes. There is huge cultural diversity globally and if healthcare providers are able to understand beliefs, values, customs, language, and traditions of their patient it will promote the global health as well.
