It opens upward and the vertex is (2,-6) here are some plotted points: (0,6),(1,-3),(2,-6),(3,-3),(4,6). Hope that helps. I hate graphing but if you do it enough times you'll get the hang of it!
The first one is 2 the second one is 3
F(5)= 3.(5)+2=15+2=17
Another example: F(0)=3.(0)+2=0+2=2
You just replace the value in the two sides.
