The flu vaccine is a medicinal shot which is supposed to prevent/ and or decrease your chances of getting the flu. It is supposedly working as stated by the producers of this vaccine however many children have been given this vaccine and it dosen`t work. The recommendations are appropriate  as it is better to be safe than sorry. However there are some negative effects. For example a person would get a cold afterwards and this of course is sickness. Overall, I recommend not highly, but as i stated earlier it is better to be safe than sorry.

Answer: The flu can be caused due to an unpredictable virus that can cause mild illness in most of the people.

It is vulnerable to all the age groups including pregnant women, older people, and to the people having having some other medical conditions.

The people who are more prone to diseases like bronchitis or pneumonia should take vaccine to prevent themselves from these kind of flu.

The people who are above 65 years of age, or who are pregnant are eligible for the vaccine that is free and provided at the center of the NHS.

These vaccines are very helpful to the people prone to diseases.
