miskamm [114]
Actually, the excuse Moses didn't use is Who are you?
Obviously, Moses didn't ask God who he was because he knew who God was - he had been waiting for him for his entire life. Additionally, he did ask God 'Who am I,' meaning 'Why did you choose me for this task?' He also asked his what he should say because he is not eloquent enough and people won't believe his words.

How was Vietnam able to become and remain autonomous despite China's power and dynamism?
astraxan [27]

Throughout history, Vietnam was not totally free from China’s power and dynamism, having been under Chinese domination for different, interrupted time periods, the earliest being in 111 BC. Being a strategic southern territory, the Chinese used now-Vietnamese territory to launch expeditions to Southeast Asian states. The last Chinese occupation of Vietnam ended in 1427, with the Chinese Ming Dynasty accepting Vietnam as an independent, yet tributary state.

Companies in industrialized nations are building facilities in Southeast Asia primarily due to
lesantik [10]
Mostly because of the cheap workforce. For example, an Ipad produced in the US would cost much much more because the workers would ask for much much higher wages due to the higher standard of living. In many SEA regions the standard is lower so people also receive much much less money for doing the same work.
