What role did the Renaissance play in the development of science?
8090 [49]

Answer: in relation to medieval society and psychology, renaissance constitutes counter-movement. So, if Middle Ages are introverted, Renaissance is extraverted. If Middle Ages are theocentric, Renaissance is anthropocentric. If Middle Ages are totally European (with an exception of Crusades), Renaissance transcends Europe and becames more cosmopolitan. The same is true in science. Renaissance science is extraverted ....it is looking for God not in heavens but in the nature ! It is able to experiment and think outside the box.

Explanation: Renaissance is a revolutionary time in all respects.

Why was the United Nations created? What is the role of the UN? Describe the structure of the United Nations and give examples o
Jet001 [13]
The United Nations is an Intergovernmental organization tasked to promote international cooperation and to create and maintain international order.  So they are here to maintain order between all the countries.  The UN sends peacekeepers (soldiers) to regions where armed conflict has ceased or paused to enforce the terms of peace agreements and to discourage combatants from continuing hostilities.  One of the UN's primary purposes is "promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, gender, religion, or language."  Hope this helped!-Twix
