Look at the screenshot-- help? need answers asap, thanks! explaining would also be helpful.

Function 1 : y = -3/2x - 2...slope is -3/2 and y int is -2
function 2 : y = -2/7x - 6...slope is -2/7 and y int is -6

Both functions are decreasing...TRUE....both functions are decreasing because the slopes are negative.
Function 1 has a greater y int then function 2...TRUE...-2 > -6
