I believe the answer is the first amendment.
The first amendment of United States both guaranteed the freeodom of speech and prohibit the establishment in making any regulations that only benefiit a ceratin religion.
The banning of evolution subject in school both violate the right to freedom of speech for the children and the free religion clause of the Students.
Abraham Maslow was a psychologist best known for developing a theory about the hierarchy of human needs that is known today as Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Maslow theorized that people moved through stages of needs that motivate them. As the needs are met they move on to higher stage needs.
It was on Great Britain, France, and Russia's side. (Their allies.)
