 - Hypothesis: caffeine affects the rate of mitosis in frog eggs

- Null hypothesis: caffeine has no effects on the rate of mitosis in frog eggs

 - Independent variable: time

- Dependent variables: rate of mitosis in frog eggs,  amount of caffeine used in each treatment, etc

 - Control group: rate of mitosis in frog eggs no treated with caffeine
