Answer and Explanation:

The Great Awakening was a widespread movement in America based on religious norms from the 1730s & the 1740s. Whereas The Enlightenment movement, which began from the 17th and 18th centuries, was social and political. The foundation of this moment was science, logic, and reason through which one can gain knowledge.

During The Great Awakening movement, people raised their voices against clergies who have their old ways to manage things. By the result of that, New churches were being formed in the name of the protestant religion. They have the agenda of getting political freedom.

In The Enlightenment movement, the logic and reasons cover all aspects of society. New law & order were starting established. They believe in Humanism that everyone should have the privilege of fundamental rights and live their lives in the pursuit of happiness and liberty. A relationship should be established between Govt. and people.

The analogy of these two movements was that they changed the particular way of thinking of people. Both revolted against the authority. Both movements happened in the 1700s. Both crave for more freedom.

The Great Awakening changed the religious perspective in America. People were free to make their connection with God instead of depending on Ministers.  This made American societies much more liberal and open. It was not the movement of the elite class but ordinary people.

The Enlightenment movement was aware of the people that King did not have right over them. Moreover, they have freedom of speech, natural life and liberty, and property.  Moreover, the French and American revolutions are influenced by this movement.
