There are several factors that can lead to a lack of sleep, such as constant use of computers and cell phones, sugary drinks, use of the bed to do activities other than sleeping and resting, processed foods, among others. Coincidentally, teenagers have all these factors making their lives a perfect storm of sleep deficit.
