I think it's A even though I can't see the food web ,the food chain makes sense.

Explanation:  It wouldn't be B because frogs don't eat algae, tadpoles do. D doesn't make sense because Decayed matter doesn't eat bacteria, bacteria breaks down the decayed matter. C does make sense, but I just had a gut feeling it was A.
