Is my answers right.

An adjective describes something. So in 1. yellow is the only adjective because it describes what color the socks are. Socks is not an adjective, it's a noun. 2. Needles is a noun so that is incorrect. 3. Warm is an adjective. Feet is not, it's a noun.

1. Mom knit socks for me with YELLOW yarn.
2. I heard the QUIET click of needles.
3. I will have WARM feet.
