In order to improve on your achievements you have to train harder and increase the amount of overload.

The Overload Principle is a basic fitness training concept. It means that in order to improve, athletes must continue to work harder as they their bodies adjust to existing workouts.

We should assess our current level of fitness and slowly and steadily we can increase the frequency, intensity and time for better results.
