Hello!

First you have to find the total amount eggs

All 4 kids were given 7 eggs

7 * 4 = 28

There are 28 eggs in total

Betty stepped on 2

28 - 2 = 26

Max gave 5 away

26 - 5 = 21

Robert broke 4

21 - 4 = 17

Luke ate all but 1

17 - 6 = 11

The answer is 11

Hope this helps!
