A soil with a higher sand content

Explanation:

Soils with a higher sand content is more easily eroded compared to one with a clayey content.

Sand soils are usually loose and easily friable. They have large pore spaces and high permeability. For most part, they exists as grains that are poorly bound together.

Clay soil are very fine particles. They are porous but have very low permeability. For most part, they stick together. They are very difficult to erode.

Erosion is the removal of the top layer of the earth on which plant grows.

The more compact and bounded an earth material is, the less likely they are susceptible to agents of erosion .

A typical human cell expresses only about 5% of its genes at any time. The expression of a gene can be regulated during any step
ANTONII [103]

Answer:

Enzymes

Explanation:

The regulation of gene expression is the central dogma of life. It is a series or set of mechanisms in which genetic information in the DNA expresses in the form of RNA or protein. Cells give gene expression b different mechanisms as transcription, maturation of mRNA, and translation.

During these mechanisms, different gene-regulatory proteins are influenced. For example, a set of RNA polymerases that are proteins transcribe the DNA molecule during transcription. Transcription factors are also proteins that control the synthesis of proteins in the cell. These proteins are an enzyme that catalyse the gene regulation in the human cells.

Producers or Primary Consumers are the beginning link in a food chain while Decomposers or Tertiary Consumers are at the end of
patriot [66]

Answer: The given statement is True.

Food chain can be described as the sequence of transfer of energy and matter among different organisms present within an ecosystem.

It starts with producers ( occupying the first trophic level), which are consumed by consumers in a successive manner ( primary consumer→ secondary consumers→ tertiary consumer or decomposers).

Therefore, producers are beginning link in a food chain whereas decomposers occupy the last level in a food chain.
