This is an example of negative reinforcement.
Her mother scolded her every time Jane bit her nails - so Jane learned that every time she bites her nails, she is going to be scolded sternly by her mother. In order to avoid that, she stopped biting her nails, and thus the reinforcement was successful.

The code of ethics for the health education profession are started preparing in the year 1976. So many public health and health educational agencies were participating yearly and they may add changes and standards in the code of ethics that would be taken into action as professional health educators.

Ethics examines the rational justification of our moral judgments. Find out what is morally right or wrong, right or wrong. In its broader sense, ethics reflects the way people relate to nature, other people, freedom, responsibility, and justice.

Ethics, or moral philosophy, is a branch of philosophy "that involves codifying, defending, and advocating the notions of right and wrong actions." In addition to aesthetics, the field of ethics is concerned with questions of values. These disciplines include the branch of philosophy known as axiology.
